I also served as the Communications Lead for our Women's Inclusion Network. In this role, I led all communication strategy for our programming and member development initiatives, plus wrote associated assets, which spanned email, Teams posts, newsletters and more. Notable projects in this role include branding, launching and overseeing comms for an ERG-wide mentorship program, branding and launching a working parent community group and leading all communications and marketing for the company's only all-day associate development conference two years in a row.

Supporting our digital and social teams, I've developed seasonally-relevant, on-campaign, and with-the-trends social media, across all major platforms.

Campaign Creative

As a supporting writer for our 360 campaign creative, I develop and carry the theme and emotional sentiment of our seasonal campaigns to a variety of spaces within our stores, digital and social media spaces. Below is a sampling. 

Testing

I lead copy for our testing division, helping bring to life explorations in product, marketing and merchandising that will shape the business in future seasons. From branding new collections to helping customers navigate new fixtures, see some examples of the work below.

Fragrance Branding & Storytelling

One of my favorite creative tasks at B&BW is getting to create a little romance around some of our new and most-loved fragrances. This is a key opportunity to go beyond a fragrance name or packaging and instead reach a customer with fine-tuned emotional sentiment.

Direct Mail

As supporting writer on our Direct Mail team, I own all promotional components and support creative. I recently lead creative copy for our pilot evergreen Direct Mail, an exciting project to simplify our creative workload while still connecting prospect customers with the core values of the company. 

CMI

Our customer marketing assets include gift card placements, digital banners and magazine placements. 

DEI & Event Communications

As Communications Lead B&BW's award-winning, 800-member Women's Inclusion Network, I led the marketing, communications and copy for the company's only all-day associate development conference, as well as the launch of its first-ever mentorship program and working parent support group, in addition to supporting all other social events and education initiatives.
